Wedak’s PMSM – Motors are excluive motors for solar applications. The name PMSM stands for Parmanent Magnet Synchrounous Motor, which is more suitable to be operated by the DC electric enrgy produced by the Solar photo-Voltiac cells. As the name dented it accomodates parmanent magente in rotor body and results in many advantagesous over the conventiona AC supplied asynchrounous motors. These are all high speed motors and teh rpm upto 4000. they efficiency also excellent when coaring with other regular motors. These motors required solar controller to modify the pure DC generated by teh solar cells suitable to operate the motors.
